Easy Pay:

Our newest option for residential customers is Easy Pay! This is a pay-as-you-go electric service that functions similarly to the way your gas tank in your car works. You make payments throughout the month and those payments purchase electricity for you to use. As your balance gets low, you make additional payments to "refill" your account. This option features a free user-friendly app for your smartphone that provides specific information to your account. You may also sign up for text or email alerts so you always know your account status. This is a wonderful option for customers who want to avoid paying a large security deposit based on your credit history, and the debt recovery feature allows customers who owe an old bill to get service immediately by applying a small percentage of each payment made toward the past due balance until the balance is paid in full. For more information or to sign up for Easy Pay, contact our office today! Some restrictions may apply.

Bank Draft:

For an easy way to make sure your electric bill is paid on time every month, you can sign up for bank draft. You will still receive your electric bill statement so that you can monitor your usage, but the amount of the bill will automatically be deducted from your checking account on your bill’s due date, so you won’t have the bother of mailing a payment every month. To sign up for Automatic Bank Draft, simply bring a voided check by our office, and you will never have to worry about late fees again.

You may pay your bill online using electronic check or your debit/credit card. You will need to have your full electric account number available to pay online. Please note that landfill payments must be paid using a separate transaction from electric bill payments. You will be charged a small fee for each transaction made using these payment methods.

By Phone:

Call 1 (866) 270-9915 to pay your bill over the phone using a check or credit card. Please note that you are required to pay the bill in full, no partial payments are accepted. Be sure to have your account numbers and payment information ready for reference. Landfill payments must be paid using a separate transaction from electric bill payments. Please be advised there is a small fee for using a credit or debit card.

By Mail:

You are always welcome to mail us a payment by check or money order. Send the payment stub at the bottom of your bill, along with a check or money order to Dickson Electric Service, P.O. Box 627, Dickson, TN 37056. Want to avoid monthly postage costs? Sign up for bank draft today!
