Our business office is located on Cowan Road in the heart of Dickson (near Walmart) and is open Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. except for holidays. We welcome customers to conduct their business with us in person by visiting our office during our regular business hours. All service can be handled inside our lobby, online, by phone, or through our drive-through lanes, and non-cash payments, applications, and other required documents may be submitted outside of business hours via our 24-hour night-deposit box.

Our local, friendly, knowledgeable staff will be glad to welcome you to Dickson Electric and can assist you with all of your electric needs.

Unauthorized use and theft of electricity are illegal and extremely dangerous. To confidentially report suspicious activities involving electrical equipment, please call (615) 446-9051 or email us in complete confidence. All reports are completely confidential.

TVA Complaint Resolution Process

The Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA) provides regulatory oversight for Dickson Electric System’s rates and policies. If you have an unresolved issue or complaint regarding your electric service or account that cannot be resolved by Dickson Electric’s employees or management, TVA may be able to provide assistance.
